Is it free?
Every account gets 20 free images, valid for 7 days from your first visit to the studio. Need more? Message us on WhatsApp.
What happens to my photo?
Your photo and results are stored privately, used only for your try-on and anti-abuse checks, never used to train AI, and permanently deleted within 90 days. You can remove them from your account at any time.
How accurate is it?
It is an AI simulation: color, density and hairline can look different on the real wig. Ask us for photos or a video of your exact wig before it ships.
Can I order a custom wig?
Yes. If the style you want is not in our catalog, the stylist sends a custom request (custom style or private label) and our team replies with a quote.
Which photo works best?
Good light, face the camera, hair pulled back, no hat or sunglasses. Only upload photos of yourself or of someone who agreed.
Salon or reseller? Ask the stylist for private label (OEM) or custom styles (ODM).
