Placing an order is a request to buy. The contract is formed when you pay for it. Until then we may correct an obvious pricing error or decline the order.

Prices are set in US dollars and locked when you place the order. Amounts shown in other currencies are estimates; your bank may apply its own rate and fees. Price per piece depends on the total quantity of the order (retail 1–9, wholesale from 10).

You pay on the secure page of a certified payment provider; we never see or store your card details. Wholesale orders can also pay by bank transfer (T/T) to the account details we send you.

Photos are retouched for consistent light and background. Images marked "Color preview" are digital renderings; the photos or videos we send before shipping show your actual wigs.

Wholesale customers may resell our products.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it, without prejudice to the rights consumer law gives you.
