Shipping policy

We ship from China with tracked international services. Prices include shipping, import duties and taxes for Mexico and Colombia, so there is nothing to pay at delivery.

Processing time
Orders are prepared in 3–7 business days after payment: from stock when available, otherwise in production that we schedule right away. Custom colors or textures can take 7–10 business days.
When your order is ready to ship, we send you photos or a short video of your actual wigs. If you do not reply within 48 hours we ship as ordered.
Transit time
Transit times in the table above are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Customs checks and local holidays can add a few days.
Parcels and tracking
Large orders may ship in several parcels, each with its own tracking number. You receive the tracking links by email and on your order page.
Address and customs
Please give a complete address and a reachable phone number. Customs may ask the recipient for an ID number (for example, the cédula in Colombia).
Our carriers do not return or re-deliver parcels refused, unclaimed or sent to a wrong address given by the customer; these cases are not refunded, but we will do our best to help.
Lost parcels
If a parcel shows no tracking update 15 days after the latest estimated date, we open a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or a refund.
